SOLUTION TO FACING THREATS regarding Strike by JAC

Lr.No.JAC/2012-13/3                                              15.45pm                                                                       Date: 13-02-2013
Dear friends,
We are getting non-stop calls from many schools regarding letters from the Commissioner and other officers of the Samiti asking the staff to join duties by15.00 hrs on 13-2-13. The Principals are being asked to talk to the District Collectors and asked to make substitution arrangements in place of the striking staff. Obviously such letters are aimed at pressurizing the principals and threatening the striking staff and thereby compelling them to withdraw their strike.
We appeal to all the staff not to sign any such circulate from the Principals/in charges and stay united. As long as we stay together, we can face any such threats. We have warned you already such letters will come. Do not panic. We seeking the legal opinion as regards the contents of the letters. Kindly remember that we are not the first people to strike nor we will be the last to do so.
Imp: Through this letter we also appeal to the Vidyalayas not to be in a hurry to send the Association Membership Forms. We are in no urgency to receive the forms right now. This matter will be looked after as soon as the present agitation comes to an end.  We appeal to those schools which are trying to send their membership forms to wait till they are informed again. We appeal to them to make the strike call success first.
